Tim worked in the veterinary field as soon as he could, starting at a boarding facility, then moving to a veterinary assistant which cemented his drive to become a veterinarian. After graduating from Pierce College, Tim attended veterinary school at UC Davis and completed his DVM degree in 2007.

Dr. Tim has practiced in both Southern and Northern California for over 15 years. His professional interests include preventative medicine and general surgery. Dr. Tim lives with his wife, Emily, a board certified veterinary pathologist with Bay Area roots.  They have a golden retriever named Kirby, a rescued poodle terrier mix named Lola and a box turtle named Tina, who Tim rescued as a teenager. Dr. Tim enjoys spending his free time outdoors, hiking, biking, and gardening.  When not outdoors, he is usually watching sports or listening to music.
